Lindy Jacomb

Olive Leaf Network founder

Lindy Jacomb is an advocate for former members of high-control and high-demand religious groups, drawing on her own lived experience to support others navigating life after religious coercion. She founded the Olive Leaf Network, a charity providing practical aid and advocacy to former members while raising awareness of their experiences, and is one of three hosts of the Cult Chat podcast. A former member of the Exclusive Brethren and former Baptist Union pastor, Lindy combines lived experience with a deep interest in the psycho-social role spirituality plays in New Zealanders’ lives.
