Hon Dr Duncan Webb is a New Zealand Member of Parliament, lawyer and former university lecturer whose work centres on human rights, legal ethics and democratic governance. With more than twenty years in legal practice and education, he has a particular interest in how power is exercised, abused and challenged within institutions and communities. A long-standing champion of access to justice and the protection of vulnerable people, Duncan brings to the conversation on cults and coercive groups a perspective grounded in law, human rights and personal autonomy.
